proposed designation of an Aleutian Islands National Marine                                                                     
Sanctuary, was read the second time.                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                      
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
